UNIWO (UNITED NETWORK OF INDIVIDUALS AND WORLDWIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOUNDATION) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to democratizing access to global opportunities through free immigration and job-matching services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, AI visa recommender, Globali Job Connection services, and any other features provided (“Services”). By accessing our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Services.

2. Eligibility

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/legal guardian consent if you are under 18.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • You are not barred from using our Services under applicable law.
  • Any information you provide to UNIWO is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Nonprofit Status and Use of Services

  • UNIWO does not provide certified legal immigration advice.
  • The visa recommender is an AI-based tool and cannot account for every nuance of individual immigration cases.
  • Job placements facilitated through Globali Job Connection are not guaranteed, and users must independently verify job offers.
  • UNIWO’s services are provided on a free or donation-based model, but we reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with prior notification.

4. Account Registration

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Ensuring all information you provide during registration is truthful and accurate.
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. License and Intellectual Property
